General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
Scope
The following general terms & conditions apply for all digital content provided by prudsys AG. prudsys AG does not recognise any differing terms and conditions, unless prudsys AG has expressly agreed to their validity.
Availability
Tickets can usually be purchased 24 hours per day. However, prudsys AG cannot give any guarantee with regard to the accessibility of their service, and moreover is not responsible for any disruptions online.
Conclusion of the contract
The purchase contract itself is concluded following completion of the payment procedure. The user is obliged to pay the price indicated. Immediately after the payment procedure, the user receives the data required to retrieve the tickets purchased. The download must be carried out within 2 weeks after access. In the event of payment by credit card, the card holder is charged straight after successful conclusion of the contract.
The organizer reserves the right to restrict participation in the conference.
Prices
The prices for the tickets are displayed on the relevant product pages. The prices are net prices in euro.
Warranty
The choice of tickets is the sole responsibility of the user. If the download has not proceeded successfully, the user can repeat the download within 2 weeks. Claims relating to the process, particularly due to lost profits or consequential damages, are excluded, provided prudsys AG has not acted with gross negligence or intent.
Right of cancellation
Revocation instructions when ordering tickets.
Consumers have a legal right to cancel. The consumer is any individual person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed either to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
REVOCATION INSTRUCTIONS
Right of cancellation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (prudsys AG, Zwickauer Str. 16 09112 Chemnitz, e-mail: marketing@prudsys.de) with a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use template cancellation forms for this, but these are not mandatory.
To adhere to the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding exercising the right to cancel before expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel a contract, we must refund all payments received from you immediately, and within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which the communication regarding your cancellation of this contract reached us. We use the same method of payment that you employed for the original transaction to make this repayment, unless anything has been agreed to the contrary; fees will not be charged to you under any circumstances as a result of this repayment.

Photo and video material
We will document the vent on photo and video. By taking part at the retail intelligence summit you agrre to the publication of photo and video material on the prudsys AG websites as well as social media channels.
Final clause
German law applies with the exclusion of UN sales law. The place of fulfilment is Chemnitz. The place of jurisdiction for traders is Chemnitz. Should a significant part of the contract be or become ineffective under these conditions, the effectiveness of the remaining parts of the contract will not be affected by this.
